First of all I would like to congratulate all of you for this great project.
Yesterday I had a big surprise because at the end of the day the stats of a domain in our piwik system turn to 0. You can see the graph at this time in the file attached.
Piwik system is one of our service in the company and lots of customers are using it daily. The customer who suffer this error is very angry because they dont know any stat from yesterday.
Is there any way to know those values in the database?
What is the cause of the problem?
Please ask me any file/log in our system.
Any help will be very welcome because we are stuck and we dont know how to fix it.
