In regards to white labeling matomo, I’m interested to know the following:
1 - Can I remove access to the plugin marketplace completely to the users?
2 - Can I limit how many websites they can create e.g track in the dashboard?
Hello @fahir. Marketplace can only be access by the person who owns the email address who signed up for the plugin.
Only users with “Super User” access can create or add websites in your Matomo instance. However, you can’t limit the Super Users on how many websites they can create. What I can suggest is give them “Admin” access instead.

Okay that’s great. So in essence, if I have a client and I create the analytics for them, I create their website, create their user and assign them to that website, they can only see that website, that’s it, right?
They can’t create new ones provided that I give them admin access and not super user access, right?
And they can’t see anything about plugins, or anything related to matomo, right?
Hi @fahir. Yes, they can only see that website assigned to the user. You are also correct that they can’t create news ones if their permission access is set as ‘Admin’.
