Hi folks,
without any reason, my Matomo installation shows the error:
Mysqli statement execute error : Prepared statement needs to be re-prepared
What I’ve done the last time? Besides checking my statistics, I ran the last update. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you which version is installed because the error message appears on every page of my installation.
- PHP is on version 8.0
- Matomo uses its own database
What do you need more?
How can this issue be resolved I’ve checked the search before. But I am afraid the search results were not really helpful.
BTW: Matomo runs again correctly after a waiting time of around 1 hour. Any useful information about this?
