I have installed Matomo on my local server, and although it works, doesn’t record any traffic: " No data has been recorded yet, get set up below". On the one hand, in the system check, everything looks nice (mysql, php configuration, extensions…) and just some optional errors appear in “Required Private Directories”: "Unable to execute check for https://myweb/matomo/config/config.ini.php: curl_exec: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate. Hostname requested was: myweb.es ".
On the other hand, I have installed in Drupal the module Matomo Analytics, but I only can include the Matomo http url and not the Matomo https url, that it is the real address because my web page has an https protocole. An error occurs: “The validation of “https://myweb.es/matomo/matomo.php” failed with an exception “cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate” (HTTP code 0).”
I was trying many things with my certificates, reading foros…but any of them worked…Could you give me a clue to solve the problem?

Hi,
Are you sure you have set up HTTPS for your Matomo domain correctly? You can use something like ssllabs.com to check if the certificates are valid.
