I do have seven Websites (different Hosting, different WP-Pages) - is it possible to get the tracking data of all these pages in one single Piwik-Account?
Or do I need seven separate Piwik-Accounts?

Of course, you can (and actually should) manage several sites from one installation. Go to admin panel and just ADD A SITE!
Moreover, you can create usefull filters that would be common for all sites in your list.
It’s a very good feature to manage many sites in one Piwik’s installation.
