Multiple events firing in Preview Mode

I am finding that individual events, e.g. mtm.pageview, is firing multiple times, as high as 9 times, when a page loads and this is also the case for other events like mtm.AllLinksClick or all mtm.AllElementClicks.

I’m not aware that I’ve done anything particularly different in the Tag Manager so I’m wondering what might be causing this to happen. Any ideas?

I have this same issue. Multiple events are occuring when a link is clicked.

Multiple tags are getting triggered in Matomo

Hi All, I am using Matomo 4.9.1. I have an event which has an allLinksClick Trigger. When I fire it the 2nd,3rd and 4th time the events gets triggered twice, thrice and 4 times respectively even though the action is performed only once. I am identifying the trigger by the class name.
