Not sure what went wrong or if I need to generate a new api key? I can see all the past data but nothing is being tracked. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I never had the cron job installed before. I just installed it but I am not sure that will fix the reason why it is no longer tracking any data?
It looks like the issue is with mod security on hostgator.
