More visitors in piwik than google stats

can you explain me how piwik shows me more visits than google?
For one day: Piwik 109, Google 88 visitors

Different timeframe, different counting etc. pp.
There will never be the same numbers.

Google Analytics gets blocked a lot while Piwik currently doesn’t.
