Missing "time_spent" metric in "log_link_visit_action"

Hello!
After 2020-04-21 03:38:01 and to present day “time_spent” metric in “log_link_visit_action” table is always NULL:

What might be the case?

Hello Viktor! I am dealing currently with an identical problem and was wondering if you were able to resolve this issue.
I have posted a similar question recently, but so far there was no answer to it, just as in case of your post. If you had any hint by now, I would be very greatful.

@Morfix, Which Matomo version do you run? How do you track?

Our team is using 4.14.2 and facing the same issue, yet there are values in time_spent_ref.
We have four matomo instances. All of them are tracking with Tag manager (Tracked with Matomo at first and then use MTM). Three of them have this issue, and one of them no.

Do you have any idea ? Thank you!

In the documentation, I can read:

  • time_spent: the amount of time spent on this action (set by the CustomDimensions plugin)

Is the CustomDimension plugin activated?

thank you for the reply. I think our dev instance does not have the plugin either.
