We experienced an issue with Matomo archiving on 31 May. Initially, the archiving process did not start as expected. After initiating it manually, the system generated visit data, but Pageviews are missing for that date.
Issue Summary:
Archiving failed to start automatically on 31 May.
After manual execution, only partial data (visits, events, etc.) appeared.
Pageviews for 31 May are completely missing, despite other metrics being present.
This affects our reporting accuracy and data analysis.
Request: Please investigate the cause of the missing Pageviews and advise if there’s a way to recover the lost data or reprocess archiving for that day. Let us know if any action is required on our side.
