Missing data on Performance report = Matomo 4.1

Hi all,

I recently upgraded My Matomo instance from 3.13 to 4.1. Since them there is no data on Performance Report (Behaviour > Performance) but all other reports are working properly. Also Archiving report task is working properly every hour.

Is there anything I should enable or add any plugin to make this report works?

This report was newly created in Matomo 4.

What kind of tracking do you use? The normal Javascript one?

Yes. I`m using the normal JavaScript Tracking Code

Hi,
Just wanted to add that we are also using 4.1 and javascript tracking and are not getting any data to the performance report. I have not been able to figure out why.

Hello,

Same thing: migration from 3.13 to 4.1, and no performance report at all, on any websites.

I fixed this by enabling the plugin named PagePerformance
