Hi,
in some unknown circumstances the visit records of the some users who are in buying pages(basket/checkout/etc…) doesn’t save on piwik db ,
The buying records has been saved on web app db , but nothing recorded on piwik.
this happens only for 10-20% of the visits that leads to the buy .
any idea ?
