The migration guide doesn’t take tag manager into account.
Are all the tags and triggers in the database, and will they be restored with the backup aswell? So the procedure is the same, we need only change the url on the webpages?

Yes I can confirm that if you supply an On-Premise database dump to the team, this would be restored into your cloud subscription with the container contents from your On-Premise install (tags/triggers etc).
Once the migration is complete, we’ll notify you by email. At that point, you’ll just need to update your tracker code to use the new Cloud instance URL.
