We’ve bought the Media Analytics add-on for our custom players that are using videoJS (an old version of it) but we’re not get to work this add-on as expected.
Our current players are set up to be HLS, and we cannot get the events to be tracked all the time. For some reason it started working some days ago, but after couple of hours, the same thing. (see screenshot)
First screenshot shows the last entry getting the events being tracked, weird thing is that the same video is not tracking data now. Anyone experiencing the same issue?
