Matomo website not working after ssl cert installation

I have installated new ssl certificate and Matomo mysql didnt start.
so I did FIX_BACKUP option and restarted but am getting the below error.

SQLSTATE[HY000] [1044] Access denied for user ‘matomo-owner’@‘localhost’ to database 'matomo’
appreciate your support about this issue.
Currently service down.

Can you access with a simple MySQL client to the database:

  • From the same server where the database is located
  • From the server where Matomo has been installed?

I was able to fix the issue with creating a new user and assigning global privliges.looks like existing user was corrupted.
