I’m encountering an issue when hitting the Matomo tracking API from my site. If the custom dimension exceeds 250 characters, the API throws an error. Could anyone suggest a solution for this?

Can you check the Matomo error log file if you see the error in it?
I think the problem comes from some kind of filters set in the server (before Matomo operates) in order to “protect” web application form attacks…
