I’m currently trying to capture new comments (replies) in my BuddyBoss platform via Matomo Tag Manager. But I cannot get the trigger working. Matomo’s simply “ignoring” the form submission.
I already tried many things:
FormID contains “ac-form” etc.
I also tried to trigger the event by “Click element” and use the class of the submit DIV (ac-submit-wrap and alos “.ac-submit-wrap, .ac-submit-wrap *” but that doesn’t work, too.
I already have triggers for Comments in Blog (captured via “formID: commentform”) and New posts in timeline (catured via “formID: whats-new-form”) and these two triggers are working.
Any idea how I can get this working?
