Matomo Tag Manager : debug is ok but I don't have any data for my events in the logs or reports

I have a wordpress site and I use the Matomo plugin for Wordpress. I installed the Matomo version on my server.

I configured events from the tag manager and released the live version.
In preview / debugging, I can see my events.

But nothing goes back to Matomo (in the log or in the event report).

Any idea of the problem ?

Hi @Leo_AUBOUIN,

maybe a stupid question but did you publish the Version on live?
And can you see if the triggered event appears in real time in Matomo?

If a event is visible in the data layer (from Tag Manager) this doesn’t tell if it’s actually sent to your Matomo instance.
Do you exclude “wordpress backend users”?

Any segments applied?
