Matomo stops tracking when plugin AzonPress is active

Hi everyone.

i recently did run into a issue with a specific plugin. In the second where I activate the plugin AzonPress, Matomo stops tracking.

I just noticed that because the next day my tracking said 0.

The team from AzonPress had a look into a staging site, saying the error comes from Matomo and therefore I should investigate here.

So I am trying to figure out what is required or why it crashes.

Following the trouble shooting guide, it’s a tracking issue and not an archiving issue.

What to do to solve it?

Can you check if there is errors (HTTP, JavaScript) in the tracked site when AzonPress is active?
Can you see the request to the Matomo server?

The issue seems to be solved now. Two updates from Matomo and one from AzonPress.

Matomo seemed to have identified a library being responsible for the crashing.

So solved for now. Thanks for your time Philippe.
