Matomo stop archiving and tracking after a certain data

hi everyone
after a certain data, my matomo stop to archiving data and the dashboard shows empty since a specific data. before that data, I can see the report correctly.
I have tried to enable the logging to find the issue but I can’t find any notice regarding matomo. the diagnostic show everything ok.
if I try to force archiving with the button in the troubleshooting tab, nothing changes.
in matomo dashboard I can’t see any real-time tracking.

Someone has experienced the same thing?
