Matomo running very slow

Hi Team,
Matomo is running super slow.

We have set up cron job and we have 1000 users per day - SAAS.

I was wandering if you could help me here or suggest a way ? Please see enclosed below and this screen remains sometime and then it changes to widgets are loading and sends me contact admin for this.

Have you checked https://matomo.org/docs/optimize-how-to/ for general tips?

Maybe also check your browsers developer tools to see if maybe just some specific requests are slow
