Matomo - On-Prem - Session Recording Not working

We are currently utilizing the Matomo On-prem version and have recently acquired the session recording plugin. However, we are encountering an issue where sessions are not being recorded properly. Although the System Check tab displays no errors, we have only observed a single recorded instance in the past 48 hours.
