Matomo not tracking /?utm_source=home url

I have put a hero section button on our home page and made the link to the shop include some extra tracking so that I can see how many people click on the ‘Shop Now’ button.

However, this ‘Shop Now’ button link does not show up in the Analytics under the Behaviour section.

I was hoping to see

/shop
/shop/?utm_source=home

but it’s not showing.

What am I doing wrong?

How do you track?
Can you share the tracking code?
Does the button navigate to another page? Maybe the navigation runs before the tracking request is sent?
