Why is the connector working so slowly?? Matomo, please fix your things before you offer additional services. Not that the connector shows always wrong data, but also works extremely slowly. No words, just totally pissed offed.
I didn’t experience any particular slowness… data is loaded in reports in a matter of seconds and stays cached once loaded.
Are you by chance connecting an On Premise instance?
Hi Martino, It was actually coming from Looker Studio, now is working properly. Still some problems with retrieving the data for a long period, more than one year. Thank you for your reply.

I’ve noticed the same thing lately it can get really slow, especially when loading larger reports. In my case, reducing the date range and limiting metrics helped a bit, but it’s still not as smooth as it should be. Hopefully Matomo improves the connector performance soon because it’s a great tool otherwise.
