We’ve used heatmap plugin and the data are not getting captured. While troubleshooting we see that a 414 Request-URI Too Large error was popping up while inspecting the website.

Can you check any WAF you might have activated. The initial request from the plugin is quite large as it captures the DOM. Some WAF or security settings prevent the request from completing with POST so the request is made with GET. If you still have no luck please contact shop@innocraft.com
