- As the title suggests, Matomo is not honoring the exclude cookie option. Even though it shows Your visits are ignored by Matomo on example.com (the Matomo ignore cookie was found in your browser). my visits to my site are recorded.
- Also I am having another issue. Every time my ip changes, new visitor id is being created. Ideally it should track me as a returning visitor with the help of cookie.
- Everytime someone visits the site, a record is created with resolution as unknown. Then, further visits are recorded as a new visitor and with the actual resolution.
