Hello, I have a webpage with a schedule inserted in an iframe coming from an another website. But when I activate the Wordpress Matomo plugin, this schedule isnt’t displayed (if I desactivate it’s displayed…). Do I have to make a specific setting, a modification in the JS Script… ? I start on Matomo and I’m not a developer

No, these things usually have nothing to do with each other, and you don’t need to configure anything.
Perhaps your IFrame source code is incorrect? I assume you’re not using a plugin to integrate the scheduler, but created the HTML yourself.
Is there perhaps an error in your Matomo tracking code?
Do you see any error messages in the browser console when you have both plugins enabled?
I don’t have a real solution, though. You can experiment and investigate further in log files.

The source code (HTML) should be correct because it worked previously on Wix. I firstly used the “automatic” Matomo tracking code. I tried to add a line of code to exclude this page but it didn’t yet worked. I’ll try with the browser console and the log files…
I think I found the problem. It concerns a plugin from my webhoster (LWS in France) that blocks the display of iframes but I don’t know why ?!
