Hello.
after auto upgrading to 3.9 in dashboard matomo

JSON.parse Error: "SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input" in:

init @ index.php?module=Proxy&action=getCoreJs&cb=cff481c228a6d710970f4318d7abab8a:2774

not working:

  • schedule of last visits,
  • map of visits,
  • fonts in Russian are displayed incorrectly. Question marks show

Hi,

Can you please delete everything in the /tmp directory? It seems like the JS hasn’t been generated correctly.

delete everything? I have files in my temp folder:

  • .htaccess
  • index.php

and other folders

It should be enough to delete everything in the assets folder.

But every file in /tmp can be regenerated.

it didn’t help. Error is not missing

In that case check the PHP error log for errors and try to open the index.php?module=Proxy&action=getCoreJs file directly, to see if there is anything in it.

And to be safe, also check if there is disk space left on the server.
