Many visits combined under one visitor ID

Hi,

I have integrated matomo in the cookie-less tracking on my website. Unfortunately, a lot of individual visitors are grouped under one visitor ID. This creates visitor profiles with more than 500 visits. Is there a way that these visitors are not summarized?
