I’ve wasted so much time trying to get the Google Analytics Importer to work in our server environment that I’d rather just pay someone that knows more than me to sort it out - is there anywhere where I could find someone to hire for this you could recommend?
Server environment is Plesk which has multiple versions of PHP on the server and the Matomo backend system check just keeps saying it can’t find the PHP executable even though Matomo runs fine and obviously PHP exists. Even specifying it in the PHP binary in the config makes no difference.
It’s driving me up the wall as we just want to start configuring Matomo for a client properly but can’t until we have all the historic data imported first. It is on the website and tracking fine but will be wiped when importer runs.
