Locked out of 3.7. Can't get into admin area

Hi All.

We have an older instance we are trying to migrate, but cant get into the admin control panel.

The stats are all working but no way to login.

Hi,

Are you using Matomo 4?

Do you get any error on login?

We are using 3.7 and trying to get into the admin so we can upgrade and also to migrate the db to an aws rds

This one we solved. We were on php 7.4 and it needed to be on earlier php. gogin to 7.1 allowed us to logout and in
however a copy we made gives a 500 error when trying to logout and login
