“Visitors in Real Time” - Location shows as US/Provider Unkown for IP 5.13.131.0

Which Location Provider is chossen in your Piwik configuration?
The dafult provider guesses the country based on the user language.
To improve that you may need to switch to any kind of geoLocation.
If you have already choosen a geoLocation provider, the results are based on external data, but should fit in most cases.
