I have latitude and longitude information stored in custom variables for each page request.
I was wondering how I can use this data in standard reports instead of location detected from IP address.
Any suggestion would highly appreciated.

it is not possible, however stay tuned on: Set lat/long via Tracking API · Issue #3481 · matomo-org/matomo · GitHub as it will be possible to input lat/long via tracking API which might help you
Thanks Matt, I am using Apis to set lat long into custom variable however not able to use those custom variable to generate standard reports 
Sure will wait and see what happens.
