I found Piwik a few weeks ago and found it really interesting. Now I finally had the time to install it, but I’ve run into a problem with the Javascript tracking tag. I’ve read through the FAQ and clicked through the forum, but I must say I didn’t really find anything helpful.
I added the Javascript to the footer of my template, just before the body tag is closed. But it’s not counting anything. I’ve added a second website to track, just to see whether it would work there - but nothing. I then switched to the simple image tracker and voilà! Stuff is appearing. But of course, the image tracker doesn’t give you all the data Piwik could provide. So I’d really like the Javascript to work.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
