Javascript Tracking Not Working

Hi,

I have been using Piwik for several years and never had an issue. The latest upgraded to 1.12 went without a problem and everything seemed good. I decided to move Piwik from my companies old domain name to a new one, and a new server. Since then I am unable to track with the javascript code from any site.

This is the error and path I get from the browser

If I remove from that link : &url=http%3A%2F%2Fleaderschoice.com%2Ftesting.htm it works just fine. But i should not have to do that to all my sites. Any ideas? Help is much appreciated.

I have figured out that it is the period in this spot
%2Fleaderschoice.com%2F

Not allowing the page to be completed. What would cause that.
