Issues with Period Filtering and Data Processing on Matomo


I am currently experiencing issues with my Matomo account:
1.Period filtering problem: When I select a period, no data is displayed. The interface remains stuck on loading without showing any results.
2. Intermittent bug: Sometimes, even when selecting a single date, an error message appears stating that the processing of this data has not yet been completed.

Do you run Matomo hosted by Matomo or on premise?
