Issues with Managed Databases at Digital Ocean

Hello there! We’re running Matomo in Digital Ocean using their Managed Database service. We’ve had several service outages over the last few days where something in one of the tables becomes corrupt and stops the application from functioning, leaving us no choice but to restore from a point prior to the issue. Full log file access is not available in this service as far as I can tell, so we don’t have a lot of clues to go on… Has anyone here used this service and experienced anything similar? We’re looking at having to move off this service unless we can figure this one out…

Or more generally has anyone experienced random db corruption on any self hosted setup? What should we be looking at for causes? We’ve not customized anything about our installation, it’s all straight out of the proverbial box …
