Issues when trying to create a new Tag Manager Container

Hi, I seem to be having issues when trying to add a new tag manager container. Its like it sometimes doesnt believe that the tag manager is set up, but sometimes it does. This leads me to not be able to select any enviroment from the dropdown, and therefore not generate the code.

I sometimes get the error: ‘The plugin TagManager is not enabled. You can activate the plugin on Settings > Plugins page in Matomo.’ and no containers are visible, however if I wait this goes away and I can select a container

Currently using: Matomo 3.9.1.

I would suggest you update Matomo at least to 4.16.1. Indeed, your version is 5 years old, many bugs (if your problem is one) have been fixed since this version…
