Issue with Screen Sessions loading

I’m trying to open my session recordings (I have around 150 sessions, each containing approximately 100–250 recordings), but when I attempt to open a session, it just loads indefinitely (see screenshot). Reloading the tab/browser or clearing the cache doesn’t help.

Any tips on how to resolve this?

Hi @Daniel_z . Are you using any kind of ad blocker? Due to heatmaps and session recordings using iframes, they often don’t display correctly unless ad blockers are disabled while viewing them. Are you seeing any JavaScript errors in the DevTools Console or any errors/failures in the Network tab? If something shows as loading indefinitely on a webpage, it’s often due to a JavaScript error or failed network request. It’s geared toward heatmaps but much of the same things apply, so you might check the troubleshooting FAQ.
