Issue with merging two piwik instances

Hi Everyone,

I have used site migration plugin to migrate data to another PIWIK instance on an existing site ID.
During this process, the new website has created a new site id and dump old website data on this ID.
Can someone please suggest how can I migrate data to existing site ID instead of creating a new one?
Or how can I merge these two site IDs into one?
