Issue with Heatmaps

Hello everybody,
My name is Alice, I have just installed the trial version.
I have set some heatmaps and recordings but the message I receive is:

“No page view has been recorded yet for this heatmap. If there are supposed to be recordings by now, maybe the page targets configured for this heatmap do not match any page on your website. It is also recommended to check the “System Check” under “Administration” (only Super Users) to see if your system is configured to automatically track Heatmaps.”

Everything looks fine in the configuration of the heatmap.

Do you have any suggestion to fix the problem?

Hi Alice,

Looking at the URL used in the screenshot, the plugin response says the screenshot has been collected. Can you confirm you are still having this issue?
