Is this possible to track all users details who download a particular file?

Now we can track only single user visits and activities in piwik. Is this possible to track all users details who download a particular file?

Example :

localhost/test/sites/default/files/Test.pdf

I want all users details who download this particular file.

I dont see a segment that could filter on download url. You may have to write a custom report for downloads that can filter on page url.
Leave a note in the feature request section and they should be able to address it in the coming releases.
