Is this book "Piwik Web Analytics Essentials" Outdated?

I was wondering if this book Piwik Web Analytics Essentials, published in October 5, 2012 was too outdated to learn the current version of Piwik?

Hi Jackie,

It is pretty old, but still cover most of the basic Piwik functions, so I would say that it is good to lecture for the start. I learned from it and it helped me a lot, i still take a look in it from time to time.
