Is there any way to install an older version of a plugin?

Hi!

As I actually encountered problems with the recent update of the Sessiond & Heatmap Recording Plugin, I am wondering if there is any way to install an older version of the plugin!?

Thanks, tried this already. Maybe I will try also reinstalling everything. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin already, this did not help, will try reinstalling matomo as well.

I guess if you can re-download the older version, you can upload it in plugins folder, unarchive, and activate it after that.

As this concerns premium plugin, you have to contact the support team by email.
Also, if there is a problem, I think the best would be to solve the problem instead of downgrade…
