I’ve been asked if I can find a way to improve the IP to Provider resolution, as there are quite a few IP addresses in our visitor log that aren’t being resolved.
I think this might be because the action is timing out, so does anyone know of a way to increase the time out, or of a different/better way of doing the resolution?
In case it helps, I’ve got PHP 5 (not too sure of the sub-version) running on a Windows 2003 server and I’m using IIS to host the pages.
Any help is appreciated!
