For a website with some Ajax I am using history.pushState() to update the address bar. Is Piwik able to track these changes as a new pageview, or do I need to trigger it manually?

Right now you have notify piwik manually when history changes.
However, that’s a great feature request! It sounds like Piwik should track it automatically.
