Is there a way we could do a search on a ip address. I would like to see if some addresses are connecting to other sites. These sites are not mine so I can’t install Piwik on their servers. I tried but they were not up to it, yet.
Aside from sending/infecting their computers from your sites with a malicious software, no, there’s no way you can do that.
There’s no global registry on the Internet that track what sites each individual IP are visiting.
All of this is a serious privacy breach.
