Dear all
I am new to Pwik and might seem a stupid question. I have inherited an already working Pwik site and realized that IP addresses are shown as XXX.YYY.0.0 and the geolocator does not work properly in this case. How can I make Pwik analyze the proper source IP of the website ?

This is intended. Piwik anonymizes the IP-address of all visitors by default to respect their privacy.
You can change this in the admin settings: Configure Privacy Settings in Piwik - Analytics Platform - Piwik
(Keep in mind that in some countries saving the non-anonymized is illegal)
