Integrity check misses files from removed CustomVariables and Provider plugins

From what I found, both plugins have been removed from core and as well the Provider plugin seems to not work anymore (I cannot the Provider info in the UI anymore). Strangely, after I uninstalled those plugins, the integrity check misses the above files.

Many thanks for moving the issue to GitHub. I can open issues directly there in the future, was just not sure whether it might be better to open it here in the forum first, in case other beta testers search here first.

If it is something that is more or less obviously a bug, you can open Github issues directly. If something is confusing and needs to be discussed, the forum is easier.
