I have recently had issues with my installation of Piwik. However i have uninstalled my current version but this was installed by a previous employee. Can someone please guide me in the best way to do this?
When i navigate to the folder, i get a 403 forbidden access.

You can get Piwik via WPI ( https://www.microsoft.com/web/downloads/platform.aspx )., which makes it pretty much a one click install. You may need to install the C++ redistributable ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 ), if so you want the x86 version.
However, this version comes with an older version of PHP and MySQL.
I’m still looking for how to upgrade these two packages with out breaking Piwik. Most of the links and info on the Piwik site are for open source systems.
